The petitioner is a Cooperative Credit Society. The petitioner Society made a representation to the 1st respondent / District Collector on 24.08.2015 requesting for constructing a food grain godown.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the 1st respondent has not considered the said request so far.

3.Needless to say, it is for the 1st respondent to consider and decide as to whether a food grain godown is to be constructed as sought for by the petitioner at the place referred to therein, or not. Therefore, this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner at this stage. As the representation of the petitioner is said to be pending, I only direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
