Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 as per the guidelines issued by the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha kumari Vs State of Uttra Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 on the basis of the petitioner's representations, dated 25.03.2022 and 08.04.2022 in accordance with law within stipulated time.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to directing the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 as per the guidelines issued by the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha kumari Vs State of Uttra Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 on the basis of the petitioner's representations, dated 25.03.2022 and 08.04.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.6968 of 2022 before the respondent police on 25.03.2022 and 08.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
