This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take necessary action against respondents 5 to 16 herein on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.6.2015 for their acts of ex-communicating the petitioner and petitioner's family members.

2.The petitioner states that he was the President of Karasilkulam Village for more than 7 years and he discharged his duties to the entire satisfaction of the villagers and not involved in any misappropriation of funds of the Village Panchayat. But the respondents 5 to 16, took the law into their hands, conducted kattapanchayat in the name and style of Kangaroo Court and passed a resolution that the petitioner and his family should not continue to live in the Village and directed other villagers and public not to speak to them or extend any basic facilities. Hence this writ petition.

3.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.06.2015 to the respondents 1 to 4 seeking the relief as prayed for in this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate who took notice for the respondents 1 to 4. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.

2015, after due enquiry and affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the interested parties if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
