ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of lapse of two years, no steps have been taken by the respondent police either to secure the accused persons or to complete the investigation. 3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the third accused was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court and other two accused are still absconding and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would undertake to complete the investigation within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.It is a case of 420 of IPC and the crime is of the year 2019 and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, more than a sum of Rs.

13,00,000/- is involved in the transaction. So, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court in Crime No.24 of 2019, within a period of five months from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
