O R D E R

The petitioner based on his purchase made on 15.03.2024, in and by registered sale deed has sought for issuance of separate patta. In this regard, he has made an application on 30.11.2024 to the fourth respondent.

2.Learned Government Advocate would however contend that the petitioner has to make an online application for issuance of separate patta.

3.Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in the following manner:- The petitioner shall make an online application with regard to issuance of separate patta. Subject to the petitioner being able to satisfy the authorities that necessary payments have already been made, the said application shall be processed by the 2/5

respondents 3 and 4. The fourth respondent shall consider the request for separate patta in terms of the petitioner's online application. The petitioner shall make necessary online application within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and within twelve [12] weeks thereafter, the same shall be considered by the fourth respondent in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
