ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry with the time 1/4

frame stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the power agent of one Nagaraj, who is the father of the petitioner and they are the owners of the property in S.F.No.143/7B in Plot No.8. While so, the 3rd respondent, who is stranger to the property had executed a sale deed and attempted to transfer the revenue record in his name. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent on 23.08.2024 and the same was forwarded to the 2nd respondent for further action. The 2nd respondent has also issued summons on 13.09.2024 and 14.02.2025, calling upon the petitioner to appear and produce the relevant documents. He also appeared and produced all the documents, but no any action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has produced the documents only on 14.02.2025 and the complaint of the petitioner is under consideration. However, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action within fifteen days.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to complete the enquiry and the 2/4

2nd respondent police has also assured to complete the enquiry within fifteen days, this Court recording the submissions of the 2nd respondent directs the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
