ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to restrain the fourth respondent to assign anybody for Natham Survey Nos.366/27 28 in extent of 0.0595 and 0.0135 sq. mtrs respectively in Vaiyakalathur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District and consequently direct the fourth respondent by preventing the respondents 5 and 6 and their henchmen make any fencing in those lands based on his representation dated 23.01.2025.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the subject land is classified as Natham land.

3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, he can agitate the same before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
