ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.10.2017. The case against him is for alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 I.P.C., in Crime No.539 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police. It was taken on file in S.C.No.337 of 2014. He seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is in judicial more than 218 days on Non Bailable Warrant. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with prosecution side in S.C.No.337 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District Court IV, Madurai for conducting smooth trial. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that more than six witnesses were examined in chief and he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ten Thousand only)each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the Court concerned daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
