ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 3423 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA SR(MD)No.53091 of 2018.

2.On a perusal of the affidavit it is seen that the petitioner has not stated any acceptable reason to condone the delay. He himself admitted that he has already filed Execution Petition and also withdrawn the entire amount. Further, there is inordinate delay in filing the said appeal and there is no reason given for such inordinate delay. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. This petition is dismissed accordingly. Consequently, CMA SR(MD)No.53291 of 2018 is rejected.
