PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18/12/2021 in view of order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-III at Trichy in Crl.MP.No.2120/2022 dated 01/03/2022.

ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner in pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.2120/2022, dated 01.03.2022. 2.The petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent and the same has not been registered as against the accused persons. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file a petition for direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.P.No.2120/2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy. The learned Judicial Magistrate by order dated 01.03.2022, directed the respondent to register FIR and investigate the case and file a final report.
3.However, the respondent even till today did not register any FIR as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy. 4.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to register FIR and proceed with the investigation as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.2120/2022 forthwith.
