Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conclude the patta proceedings in Na.Ka.A5/5951/2022 dated in 11.08.2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent mutate the revenue records in the name of the petitioner to the petition mentioned property as per law, within time frame as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
