This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case registered in Crime No.294 of 2020, under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., from the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for fair investigation.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6502 of 2020 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission as already steps are taken by the respondent No.2 to withdraw the case registered in crime No.294 of 2020, under Section 174 Cr.P.C., from the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for fair investigation.

3.The submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General is recorded. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is allowed.
