O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the pending proceedings in No.KA2/UDR/102/2023, regarding reclassification which has been commenced on 23.07.2024, by the second respondent.

2.Considering the limited scope of the Writ Petition, with the consent of the learned Counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. It is seen that the petitioner has made a request for reclassification of the lands and right from 23.07.2024, the enquiry is pending with the second respondent. 3.Considering the above, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the proceedings in No.KA2/UDR/102/2023 and pass final orders, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
