[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents from re-opening the TASMAC Shop bearing No.4844, at the Old dilapidated building at Market Junction, Kolachel - Pechiparai Highway, Kulasekaram, Kanyakumari District.

Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, submits that as of now, there is no proposal pending towards re-opening of the TASMAC Shop bearing No.4844, at the Old dilapidated building at Market Junction, Kolachel - Pechiparai Highway, Kulasekaram, Kanyakumari District.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
