This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to give instructions to the 2nd respondent to issue the legal heir certificate to the family members of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.03.2015 to the respondents to issue legal heir certificate to his family members, in respect of the ancestral properties of the petitioner's father. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate who took notice for the respondents. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2015, after due enquiry and affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the interested parties if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
