Seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.54 of 2020 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Srivilliputhur Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. Mr.M.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), for the respondent police, on instructions, would contend that after investigation, the F.I.R. in Crime No.54 of 2020 was closed as 'action dropped' and a Referred Charge Sheet was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputhur.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
