Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 468, 471,473, 484, 486, 487, 120(b) and 34 of IPC r/w Sections 39, 43, 130(4), 192(1) of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Section 4(1)(a), 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1)(A) of Prohibition Act in Crime No.775 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.The case of the prosecution is that on receiving secrete information, the de facto complainant as well as Village Administrative Officer waylaid the 1st accused and found that he was in possession of 40 quarter bottles in his SCARPIO car and based on his confession, the petitioners were arrayed as accused in this case.
4.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners along with other accused created fake TASMAC labels and Holograms and the same were seized from the hospital of the accused Kasi Pandian. He further submitted that investigation is pending. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioners have committed serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
