ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and for renew the Section 110 of Cr.P.C, without following due process of law.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that five previous cases are pending as against the petitioner and now the respondent police is intending to issue summons under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. Further he stated that harassment does not arise as against the petitioner. 5.Hence, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
