Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent as per the guidelines given by this Court in W.P(MD)No.11228 of 2022 based on the

Petitioner's representation, dated 27.3.2021 and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to survey the land in patta No.453 comprised in Survey No.GRS 606/1291 measuring 5 cents situated at Dharga Road, Kamuthi Town, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent as per the guidelines given by this Court in W.P(MD)No.11228 of 2022 based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 27.3.2021 and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to survey the land in patta No.453 comprised in Survey No.GRS 606/1291 measuring 5 cents situated at Dharga Road, Kamuthi Town, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted a

communication sent by the fourth Respondent/Tahsildar,Kamuthi, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, dated 7.9.2021 and had stated that after holding an enquiry, the Petitioner's land has been surveyed by the authorities concerned mentioning the four boundaries of the said land, which was also acknowledged by the Petitioner through his endorsement dated 26.7.2021.

4.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
