This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2023 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in the case of the Lalitha Kumari-Vs-Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors. Reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would 2/4

submit that the petitioner was added as victim and statement was also recorded from him.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
