ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(a) I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on 04.02.2016, when the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry was pending and hence this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that she should report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the respondent Police, after conducting enquiry, has registered a regular case, in Crime No.1 of 2016, on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant.

In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh anticipatory bail application by giving the Crime No.1 of 2016. sd/- 17/03/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
