This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 herein not to interfere in the civil dispute or aid the 6th respondent in dispossessing the petitioner form her dwelling house situated at No.113, Thottathu Saalai, Aathupatti, Dindigul District and to provide necessary protection to the petitioner's family.

2. However, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already proper enquiry was conducted and respective parties were adviced to approach the appropriate Court seeking remedies.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the parties were advised to approach the appropriate forum, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 25.03.2026 NCC : yes / no Index : yes / no pnn 3/4
