ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 26.08.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 302 of IPC altered into 302 I.P.C in Cr.No.434 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case, due to a family dispute.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that chargesheet has been filed in this case and taken on file in PRC.No.24 of 2016 by the concerned Court.

4. Considering the fact that charge-sheet has been filed in this case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
