Today, Mr.C.Jeyaraj, Inspector of Police, Thisaiyanvilai Police Station, Kanyakumari is present before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It appears that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4. While so, the petitioner had fixed the marriage to his daughter on 08.06.2017 and fearing that the respondent Nos.3 & 4 may cause trouble at the place of wedding, the petitioner had sent complaints to the police by Whats app and by written complaint. Now, it is reported that the marriage, on 08.06.2017, went all well, without any interruption. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed. However, it is seen that the petitioner cannot be granted police protection in respect of his properties, since the matter is subjudiced before the trial Court. If there is any assault on the petitioner or any cognizable offence is committed, it is needless to state that the police shall take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner.
