(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This review application has been filed to review the order dated 28.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.A(MD)No.125 of 2022. 2.

The matter relates to approval of appointment of B.T. Assistant(English) in the respondent school. The said issue is no longer res integra. The respondent school is a stand-alone minority institution and unless it is shown that there are surplus teachers for B.T. Assistant(English) in the respondent school, approval cannot be rejected. Hence, we see no ground to review the order passed by the Division Bench. Accordingly, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
