ORDER

This Petition has been filed to directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 30.12.2021.

2. On perusal of the complaint, there is a specific overt act as against the accused persons. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to register the complaint on the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.12.2021 and conduct the investigation.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
