ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.203/2019 on the file of the respondent and file final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered FIR in Crime No.203/2019, conducted a detailed enquiry and filed final report before the concerned Magistrate. But the same has not been taken cognizance.

3.Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition stands closed.
