Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from in any way interfering or disconnecting the existing business of private local channel network connection Kulathur Taluk limit namely RTN TV having Registration PLC No.56737/2015, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without

expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.05.2018 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
