PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- to extend the time limit for a further period of six months in respect of complying the condition of paying a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- pursuant to the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No. 19271 of 2019 pending on the file of this Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19271 of 2019, dated 19.12.2019, for complying the condition of paying a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not comply with the order within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to comply with the order.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
