ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 769 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.494 of 2015 dated 19.10.2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP(MD) No. 4502 of 2025 Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that since first respondent was set ex-parte before the Tribunal, notice to first respondent may be dispensed with. The said memo is hereby recorded.
