O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for to quash the impugned order bearing Letter No.S1/816/2009 dated 5.6.2015 passed by the 1st respondent. 2.The petitioner states that the previous owner of the property in dispute, sold the same to the petitioner, but the authority has issued a notice alleging unauthorised construction, to the previous owner only. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no such notice has been given to the petitioner till date.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to treat the impugned order as a show-cause notice and the petitioner shall file his objections within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing of objections, the same shall be considered and necessary orders passed, within a period of four weeks thereafter. Pending disposal of the objections, no coercive steps be taken.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
