ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant extension of time for paying the cost imposed by this Court in C.M.P.No.2761 of 2018 in C.R.P.(MD)No.SR41716 of 2017, dated 26.03.2018. 2.The Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would remit the cost within two days from today(13.08.2018). 3.Recording the said undertaking, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
