This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection during the "14th day of Ramzan Festival" on 15.03.2025 of Hazrat thable Alam Badhushah Natharwali Dargah in Trichy, based on petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2025.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents No.1, and 3, Mr.K.R.Badurus Zama, learned Government Advocate (Civil) takes notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr. Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel takes notice for the 4th respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent no.1 and 3 would submit that the Page No. 2 of 4

representation of the petitioner is under consideration and last also they deployed the police personnel for the above said Festival and for this year also, they will consider the representation of the petitioner and provide the police protection as provided in the last year.

4. Since the 1st respondent has admitted the receipt of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2025 and assured to deploy the police personnel for the above said Festival, recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
