JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of this Court, dated 06.01.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.60 of 2025.
2.The writ petitioner is the appellant herein. The writ petitioner is a trust and it was formed to conduct festival and worship to Sri Mangala Nayaki Kannagi Devi Temple situated at Koodalur, Theni District. It is situated in the border of two districts. There is a dispute between two districts in respect of the 2/5
temple administration. In this regard, the civil proceedings were initiated. The writ petitioner filed the writ petition seeking to take action against the respondents 5 to 10 for granting permission to conduct Chitra festival in the subject temple to one Kandavel, who has instituted the civil proceedings. 3.The learned Single Judge has directed the writ petitioner/appellant to approach the civil Court as there is a title dispute over the subject temple. The writ petitioner without approaching the civil Court has filed the present writ appeal against the order passed in the writ petition. 4.In view of the above observations, we find no reasons to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
