This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta for 5.65 acres in Sy. No. 140 of Kuntrakudi Village in favour of Neama Nattar Oorani Trust.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that after filing the writ petition, the claim of the petitioner for issuance of joint patta has been rejected and subsequently, the petitioner has challenged the same by filing a writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.2243 of 2016.
