ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute in violation of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.7 of 2016 dated 12.01.2018 by the District Munsif Court, Cheranmahadevi.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction would submit that the police will not interfere in the civil dispute and that the writ petition has been filed on mere apprehension. 2/4

4. Considering the above stand taken by the respondents, the grievance expressed by the petitioner stands redressed.
