ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded under judicial custody on 03.10.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.367 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant approached the petitioner on 18.04.2016 to obtain job at Malaysia and handed over his passport and Rs.1,60,000/- to the petitioner. 4.According to the petitioner, amount given by the defacto complainant was handed over to one Karthik, who is arrayed A.2, and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation is pending.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that in the F.I.R., it is mentioned that the petitioner along with other accused, jointly cheated the defacto complainant and as the matter pertains to job-racketing, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
