Heard Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Palaramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide the educational loan amount to the petitioner's son namely Engels Pandi, to meet out the expenses pertaining to pursuing four years B.E. Degree course in Civil Engineering programme, by considering the application dated 01.12.2017 and subsequent representation dated 23.04.2018 within the stipulated time.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.04.2018 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
