ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to transfer the petition given by the third respondent to All Women Police Station at Madurai, for enquiry.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent/Superintendent of Police, Vallam, Thanjavur District, as against the petitioner and his in-laws. For conducting enquiry, the second respondent directed the petitioner to appear before him/her. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the respondent police conducted an enquiry, but the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry. 4.In view of the above, I am of the opinion that issuing a direction to the second respondent to transfer the said complaint to All Women Police Station, Madurai is not supported by any valid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6924 of 2022 reason. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is dismissed.
