2. The petitioner seeks issuance of death certificate of his mother. He has given application on 19.06.2023. The second respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
