ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to rectify the error and to register the petitioner's name in the school attendance register based on the seniority as per date of appointment by considering the proceeding of the 1st respondent dated 09.01.2015 and the petitioner's representations dated 10.06.2020 and 12.10.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and his name was re-arranged from 2/4

the 3rd position to 2nd position in terms of the seniority. The said submission is recorded.
