O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 87 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, the FIR in Crime No.87 of 2023 has been closed as Mistake of Fact.

3.Even though, the matter has been compromised between the party and they are also present today, in view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
