This petition is filed to call for the records in respect of the C.C.No.163 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, NBW is pending against A3 and A4 for the past seven years.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to quash the C.C.No.163 of 2009 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, as against the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
