ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.398 of 2016 on the file of the SubInspector of Police, Palakkarai Police Station to any other competent police officer.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of the investigation, charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.398 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
