2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 26.03.2018, for taking appropriate action for re-conveyance of the unused gifted land in the name of the petitioner's sangam, has not been considered by the respondents till date and, therefore, he has filed the present Writ Petition.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent/the Registrar, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Abisekapatti, Tirunelveli, is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2018 and place the matter before the Syndicate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after passing the proposal, the third respondent is directed to send the same to the first respondent. Thereafter, the first respondent is directed to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law.
