ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the documents viz. Original sale deed in Document No.8562 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Tiruthangal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deed document bearing No.8562 of 2011 dated 28.11.2011, which was situated at Tiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Circle, Virudhunagar District in Survey No.1060, 1060/3. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication on 09.04.2022 with regard to the missing of original document.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
