ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded under judicial custody on 11.09.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.647 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have threatened the defacto complainant and snatched a sum of Rs.500/- from him at knife point.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this

case.

5.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has got one previous case.

6.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner and as there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by him. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
