ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who seek anticipatory bail, are facing charges under Sections 294(b) and 506 (ii) of IPC. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that because of the previous complaint made by the 1st petitioner/father against his own son, who is the husband of the defacto complainant, the wife of the son has given a complaint, upon which an enquiry has been conducted.

No.6958 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending. 4.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to them may not arise. The petitioners can workout their remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of enquiry. 5.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
