O R D E R

The petitioners have sought for inclusion of the petitioners' names based on their purchase. The joint patta was also mutated in the previous owners' name under whom the petitioners claims title. However, it appears that the earlier request of the petitioners was not entertained and therefore, on 11.03.2025, the petitioners have given a fresh representation and also explaining the drawbacks that has been pointed out, while refusing to mutate the petitioners' names for the patta based on their earlier application dated 03.04.2023. 2.Considering the change in circumstances and also in view of the fact that the petitioners have sought to explain the anomalies that have been pointed out by the official respondents in and by their representation dated 11.03.2025, the third respondent shall consider the said representation / explanation dated 11.03.2025 and pass final 2/5

orders within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
