PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.28 of 2013 under Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C., on the file of the third respondent dated 12.01.2013 and entrust the same to the second respondent for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time period stipulated by this Court.
